Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the website of the Australian Institute of Soft Skills Training (AISS Training), a division of Indigo Training and Consulting Pty Ltd. By accessing this site, booking our services, or using our assessment tools, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Purpose of Services

AISS Training provides coaching, training, and assessment tools for professional and personal development only. These services are not legal, medical, or therapeutic in nature and are not to be used as a substitute for such advice.


2. Use of Website

  • The website and its content must be used lawfully.
  • All text, tools, programs, and resources are the intellectual property of AISS Training and Indigo Training and Consulting Pty Ltd.
  • No part of this site may be copied or reused without written permission.


3. Bookings & Payments

  • All services must be booked in advance.
  • Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.


4. Cancellations & Refunds


Respect at Work – Online Training & Assessment Tool

  • No refunds are available for purchases of the Respect at Work Online Training or Assessment Tool, unless:
  • There is a technical failure that prevents the software or access link from functioning as intended, and
  • AISS Training is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • These products are sold as single-user licenses, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Each license is non-transferable and can only be used by one person to complete the training and receive their certificate.


In-Person Respect at Work Training (2-Hour Session)

We stand by the quality of our training. If participant feedback clearly shows we failed to meet the stated session objectives, AISS Training will offer a 100% refund of the session fee.

Refunds will be processed upon:

  • Receipt of written feedback within 48 hours of the session, and
  • Confirmation that session expectations were not met, based on agreed outcomes.


Coaching Services

If a coaching session fails to deliver on pre-agreed objectives, a 100% refund will be provided.

To be eligible:

  • Goals or expectations must be agreed prior to the session, and
  • Feedback outlining the shortfall must be submitted within 48 hours of the session.


Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at info@aiss.training within 48 hours of the session or issue. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Booking reference
  • Service purchased
  • Reason for the refund request


Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days once eligibility is confirmed.


5. Service Delivery

  • Online services are delivered via secure video conferencing platforms.
  • In-person training is delivered at agreed client locations.
  • Assessment tools are distributed through secure digital links.


6. Modifications to Services or Terms

AISS Training reserves the right to update services, pricing, or these terms at any time. All updates will be published on this website.


7. Limitation of Liability

Neither AISS Training nor Indigo Training and Consulting Pty Ltd is liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website, services, or tools.


8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
