Time Management Training

In these times of being asked to do more with less, how we manage our time and balance competing priorities can mean the difference between being an effective employee or becoming a stressed-out bundle of nerves.

According to a Medibank study conducted in 2008 workplace stress is costing the Australian economy $14.81 billion a year.

Understanding Time Management for yourself and your team increases engagement, leading to a healthier organisational culture and increasing productivity. Is stress costing your company money?

Each of our courses can be tailored to your organisation's exact needs and our courses can be run at your offices with a minimum of 4 attendees to a maximum of 12 to ensure a highly interactive session.
